PVC shoulder pullovers
General Dynamic
Mobility
Junkyard Dog

Strength:
Snatch 1 rep max
 if you can squat snatch, do so

WOD:
Tabata air squats (that's 4 minutes of :20 on :10 off)
right into-
4 minutes AMRAP power snatches at 70% of 1rm
