Max Effort Front Squats

Front Squat 2rm- 225#
Good Mornings (Wide Stance)- 4x20 45#
GHD Situps- 3x15
Hollow Rocks- 3x12

Rough day in the gym. My rack position wasn't on and my thoracic positioning was off. Felt better after the GHD situps but the score was a resounding Weight-1 Tyler-0.
