Snatch Work and a Workout

Start out with some dynamic snatch work, climbing in weight

5x1 95#, :30 rest between sets
3x1 115#, :30 rest between sets
1x1 125#
1x1 135# (really easy 5# pr)

then it was metcon time

3 rounds:
50 KB high pulls 45# (sub for a 500m row, my gym has no rower)
15 Overhead squats 95#
15 Burpees

time- 12:41

I'm gonna take the weekend off and get back at it full steam on Monday.
