Hip Prep
Strength:
Dynamic Effort Sumo Deadlifts- 10 sets of 2 reps at 50% of your 1rm deadlift
Conditioning:
4 rounds:
8 Back Squats
10 Burpees
12 DB Snatches (alternating arms)
Active Rest
