Warmup:
Running drills
Dynamic Hip Prep

Strength:
Max Effort Squats- Beginners are doing Front Squats. Experienced lifters are doing Box Squats.

Conditioning:
3 rounds-
10 Deadlifts
25 Air Squats
50 Situps
