10/27/11- Heavy Front Squats!

Notes
- Make sure you have your jump rope today!!!

Warmup:
Jump rope/ Double Under practice
Dynamic Hip Prep

Strength:
Max Effort Front Squat

Conditioning:
As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes:
10 Hang Power Snatch (squat snatches if you got 'em)
30 Double-Unders
